Babble of the Sexes was created to be a unified site for the online content (blogs, podcasts, & video) created by authors Michael and Hayley DiMarco. The name comes from a talk radio show Michael created and hosted back in the 90's under the same name.

Babble of the Sexes is meant to be challenging, enjoyable, funny, and/or spiritual in any given post covering topics such as:

  • Dating & single living

  • Marriage and couples counseling

  • Spiritual formation

  • Men's issues

  • Women's issues

  • Raising kids

  • Pop culture and media

  • Book design and publishing

Hayley DiMarco traveled with a french theater troupe, done voiceover work, and driven limosines. But she's most known for being the best-selling author of more than thirty books, including Dateable, Marriable, Mean Girls, and The Woman of Mystery. She spent the early part of her career working for a little shoe company called Nike in Portland, Oregon and then Thomas Nelson Publishers in Nashville, Tennessee.

In 2002 Hayley left Nelson and founded Hungry Planet, a company intensely focused on feeding the world’s appetite for truth by producing books and new media, taking on issues of faith and life with a distinctly modern voice.  Shortly after founding Hungry Planet, Hayley successfully completed a nationwide executive search for someone to run the company so she could focus on writing and raising a daughter that did not yet exist. She describes her husband, Michael, as her most successful business acquisition!

In addition to being really bad at relationships in the past, Michael was also a college volleyball coach, talk radio host, and compulsive gambler. In recent years, he produced nine books that he has authored or co-authored (including B4UD8, God Guy, and Almost Sex,) and created the hungry planet bible project, a 10,000 mile extreme road trip recording the faces and voices of the hungry and homeless reading the Bible aloud while raising money and awareness toward their plight. Hayley and Michael are now the proud parents of Hungry Planet’s dozens of books, including thirteen best sellers, four ECPA Christian Book Award finalists, one ECPA winner, and one amazing human, their daughter, Addison.

The company is located just outside of Nashville, Tennessee.
